  • Which versions do your products support?

    Windows Password Reset Standard supports: Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), and Windows XP.
    Windows Password Reset Professional supports: Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), and Windows XP.

  • What is ISO image? What can the ISO image file in your program be used for?

    An ISO image is an archive file (also known as a disc image) of an optical disc in a format defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
    The ISO image file in our program is used for resetting your lost Windows passwords by burning a bootable CD/ DVD or USB Flash Drive.

  • What's the difference between the trial version and full version?

    The trial version can list all the user names of Windows, but can not remove their passwords.
    The full version enables users to remove the passwords of listed user names for Windows.

  • What's the difference between Standard version and Professional version?

    Burning a bootable USB Flash Drive is not available in Windows Password Standard version, if you want to enjoy this feature, please consider purchasing the Professional version. In addition, Standard version supports Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), Windows XP; Professional version supports Windows 2000, Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Vista (32 bit), Windows Vista (64 bit), and Windows XP.

  • I am not familiar with the BIOS settings or CD/ DVD burning, can I operate the program?

    Yes, our products are very easy to use, even for a beginner. You can follow our step by step guide on the web pages, or browse the HELP document in the program.

  • What should I do when beginning to burn a bootable CD/ DVD or USB Flash Drive?

    You should make sure that the CD/ DVD is new without data, and all the data on your USB Flash Drive has been backed up in case something important would be lost.

  • I failed to burn a CD/ DVD, what should I do?

    Our products have been tested strictly, burning CD/ DVD works very well. But if you still failed to burn, you can use other popular burner software like Nero, Sonic and so on to burn with ISO image files (in installation directory). BurnCDCC is recommended.

  • I can not boot my PC from CD, What am I going to do?

    You can change the BIOS settings according to our step by step guide.

  • I have removed the admin password with your software, but when re-boot my PC; I also need users' password to log in. Is my admin password removed? How to log in system as administrator?

    Your admin password has been removed. Press key combination Ctrl+Alt+Del (Del two times) and you will see a user name box and a password box. Type Administrator and log in system without password.

    The trial version can list all the user names of Windows, but cannot remove their passwords.
    The full version can list the user names of Windows, and remove their passwords.
    Reset domain administrator password
    The trial version cannot reset the password and create a new account.
    The full version can reset the password and create a new account.
