1. Put a CD/DVD or USB drive into an accessible PC, select CD/DVD or USB drive to choose the password reset device, click Burn to start the creating process.
Note: Please download and install it on an accessible computer which not on the locked computer

2. Click Yes to confirm and continue the creating process.
3. Your password reset CD/DVD or USB drive is successfully created now, click Close and Yes to quit the task of creating password reset disk. Take out your password reset CD/DVD or USB drive to insert it into your locked PC to start reset the lost password.
Put the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive into your locked PC firstly, then reboot your PC from it, if your PC failed to boot from it, please set BIOS to boot from CD/DVD or USB drive first.
If your locked PC reboot from the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive successfully, then take the following steps to reset Windows password on your locked PC.
1. Firstly, select your Windows system on the start page, then choose Reset your password, click Next to continue the process.

2. Then select your user accounts, the user account will automatically show up in the User name box, then choose Remove the password, click Next to proceed.
3. Your Windows password is reset successfully now. Take out the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive, then click Reboot and Yes to quit the task to restart and log onto your Windows system without password.
Option 1: Change Windows password
Put the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive into your locked PC firstly, then reboot your PC from it, if your PC failed to boot from it, please set BIOS to boot from CD/DVD or USB drive .
If your locked PC reboot from the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive successfully, then take the following steps to reset Windows password on your locked PC.
1. Firstly select your Windows system on the start page, then choose Reset your password, click Next to continue the change password process.
2. Then select your user accounts, which will be automatically show up in the User name box below, then type your currently set password into the New password box, click Next to proceed. Here we change the password into “123456” for example.
3. Your Windows password is successfully changed now. Get out the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive, then click Reboot and Yes to quit and restart your computer to logon your Windows system with the newly password “123456” now.
Now you can log on your system without any password.
Option 2: Create a new Administrator account
Put the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive into your locked PC firstly, then reboot your PC from it, if your PC failed to boot from it, please set BIOS to boot from CD/DVD or USB drive .
If your locked PC reboot from the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive successfully, then take the following steps to reset Windows password on your locked PC.
1. Firstly select your Windows system on the start page, then choose Create a new account, click Next to continue the process of create a new account.

2. Type your newly set account name into the box, click Next to proceed. Here we name the account in “Anna” for example.

3. Your new user account is successfully created now. Get out the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive firstly, then click Reboot and Yes to quit and restart your computer to log on your Windows system in the newly created account “Anna” now.
Option 3: Reset Windows Domain Administrator Password
Put the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive into your locked PC firstly, then reboot your PC from it, if your PC failed to boot from it, please set BIOS to boot from CD/DVD or USB drive .
If your locked PC reboot from the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive successfully, then take the following steps to reset Windows Domain password on your locked PC.
1. Firstly, select your Windows system on the start page, then choose Reset your password, click Next to continue the process of reset Domain password.

2. Then select your user accounts, which will be automatically show up in the User name box below, then choose Remove the password, click Next to proceed.

Note: As this program enables you reset Windows Domain Administrator password on Windows Server 2003 automatically, there's no need to choose the Domain user account on purpose then.
3. Your Windows Domain password is reset successfully now. Get out the password reset CD/DVD or USB drive firstly, then click Reboot and Yes to quit and restart your PC to log on your Windows system without password then.
